Broken LCD Screen (DR200)
We replace the entire front half of the chassis, which includes the LCD screen. This repair will also fix defective buttons.

Broken Back Chassis (DR200)
This is a common repair; the back chassis gets damaged when the patient clip gets physically ripped out of the unit. We replace the back half of the chassis.

Dead Internal Battery (DR200 & DR180)
When your Holter always loses the time and date, your internal clock battery is dead. The machine will reset to hour 0, minute 0, date 1, and month 1. We open the unit and change the battery.
